Pink Or Swim Nail Polish

Pink Or Swim is a bright, not quite neon pink cream polish. But, like a faded neon swimsuit, this color still demands attention! Best in 2 coats. 

As with most pastel shades, these pastel neons can be tricky to apply. We recommend 3 thin layers, letting each layer dry between coats. Some bloggers noted that floating the coats of polish, and reducing the amount of strokes you take
